Terms of purchase
In short: you get the pattern by email straight away, and if something is wrong, we sort it out.
Who you are buying from
The patterns are made by me, Tine Desiree Mognes, and sold through the sole proprietorship Mognes Consulting, Norwegian organisation number 935 765 153.
The payment itself happens at Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller. They take the payment, send the receipt and work out the VAT for your country. That is why Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms also apply. But the pattern is mine, and I am the one to write to if something is wrong: tinedesire@gmail.com.
Price
The price is shown on the pattern page. VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you live, and the final price is shown there before you pay.
Delivery
The patterns are digital files. Once your payment has gone through, you get an email with a download link. It usually takes a minute or two. Nothing is sent by post.
If the email has not arrived after a while, check your spam folder. If it is not there either, write to me and I will send you the files.
Right of withdrawal
When you shop online, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. For digital files, that right ends once the download begins, and you agree to this when you pay. That is the law in Norway and across the EU, and it is also in Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
Money back
Law aside: if you are not happy, write to me within 14 days and you will get your money back. You do not have to explain why. It is a pattern for the price of a coffee, and I would rather you were happy.
If there is a mistake in the pattern, I would really like to hear about it. I will fix it and send you the new version.
Sharing
The pattern is for you. Knit as many pairs as you like, and give them to whoever you like. But please do not share or sell the file itself. The sales are what let me make more.
Complaints
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can get free help from the consumer organisation in your country. In Norway, that is Forbrukerrådet.
